Made on the Hibiscus Coast, our premium artisan sauces have been crafted and developed by our Executive Chef James Lissiman. Jimmy trained in the Royal New Zealand Navy, and has spent many years as a Private Super Yacht Chef, sailing around the globe experiencing a wide variety of ingredients and cuisines.
From the remote village markets of South East Asia, to the world famous markets of Venice and St Tropez, Jimmy knows that using only the freshest ingredients are the key to great flavour.
Through small batch production we ensure that only the best processes and ingredients are used to deliver a finished product that tastes delicious!
